Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from nutrogenic.ie, please read all sections of this page to ensure the product is eligible for return and for all specific information relating to your product.
Returns by post/courier for online purchases
Within 14 days
Nutrogenic will accept unwanted items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted items must be returned in an unused, ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and in re-sealable condition, or we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the returned goods. Exclusions apply and are detailed below.
Once the returned goods have been received by post, a refund will be issued in full via the original payment method. Pure Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. It is therefore suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery.
If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
Outside the Returns Period
Any goods returned by post/courier outside the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may return the goods to you.
Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
